Using a more creative layout and more appropriate workstation configurations, employees had better views of customers as they entered the branch. The new layout also gave customers a more comfortable waiting experience. Better product browsing and brand messaging was achieved through a more thoughtful merchandising strategy. Another piece of the puzzle was an updated material paletter, more comfrotable furniture and an updated retail lighting scheme. The last solution was convincing the client and their architects that moving the entrance to the corner would create more efficiencies and more flexibility when placing the building on different sites.
